Prayer Requests
Himalayan Bön Foundation is happy to accept prayer requests from those who need special prayers for themselves or for their friends and family.
Bön prayers and rituals can be done both for the living and for the deceased. Prayers may be requested for:
- Prosperity
- Happiness
- Property blessing
- Longevity
- Healing
- Soul retrieval
- Clearing obstacles and reducing negative karma
- Divination and astrology
Geshe Yungdrung Gyalsten Phagontsang, the resident lama at Denver, Colorado, will perform the prayers. Some prayer requests, due to their complexity and length of the rituals, may need to be sent to Triten Norbutse Monastery to fulfill.

When making prayer requests kindly provide the following details:
- Name of the person who needs prayers
- Reason for the prayer
- Date of birth of the intended person for the prayer
Prayer requests are customarily accompanied by an offering. For a prayer request you can donate online with a credit card or alternatively through PayPal. Donations of any size are welcome.
